Clark, Robert (Bob) Project Manager
Over 30 years experience managing operations and maintenance programs on U. S. Government facilities. Has managed all aspects of operations and maintenance in support of the U. S. Navy, NASA, and the Department of Energy. Managed programs in excess of 178M and over work forces of over 100 professional, craft and management personnel. Extensively engaged in ISO quality principles, reliability centered maintenance and process improvement. In addition to project management has held senior positions in operations, work management and planning, quality assurance and budget control.


Flowe, Barry Corp. Manager, Business Development
Over 36 years of experience in facilities operation, maintenance, design and construction in support of government and private installations throughout the U.S. and foreign countries. Responsibilities have included program management positions on numerous contracts for over 14 years of his 36 of experience. In addition to his program management experience, he has held position of responsibility in work planning, estimating and scheduling, construction management, computer systems development and maintenance and repair of aerospace facilities and equipment. High school education with numerous specialized training and education courses/programs. Through-out his career he has supported new business development.


Gault, Dennis Project Manager
Fifteen years experience in organizational and project management. He has held professional positions in the areas of environmental, quality control, and safety. Certified through the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management as a Master Level, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager. Designated as a Certified Environmental Inspector and Certified Environmental Consultant by the Environmental Assessment Association.


Griffin, John Engineering Manager
Over 35 years management experience in facilities operations, maintenance, engineering, and construction activities at Government Installations worldwide. Including, twenty years experience in facilities maintenance and construction supervision at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, Florida. He provides engineering and technical advice to CHI projects, including on site engineering support and problem solving, as required. BS, Mechanical Engineering, University of Iowa.


Guin, Robert Gordon Project Manager
Over 35 years experience at all levels of operation, managing O&M and logistics activities both as a military and private contractor. These responsibilities have included O&M Project Manager at Rhein Main Air Force Base, Germany, and Incirbik Air Base, Turkey. Retired as a full col. in the Air Force with responsibilities as Logistic Director, Base Commander and various other logistic responsibilities around the world. Holds a BS/MS degree in business administration.


Makynen, William (Bill) Corp. Director, Operations
Thirty plus years of government and commercial O&M services experience. Background in resource management, work management, business development, and computer system development and installation as well as Project Manager experience on numurous O&M contracts in Onizuka AFB, LAAFB, and Vandenberg AFB. BS Civil Engineering, University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL, 1970; MBA, Business, Stetson University, Orlando, FL, 1980


McCoy, Michael Project Manager
Over 20 years experience in facilities maintenance and support services in both the government and private sector. His assignment has included Manager of Environmental Services, Facilities Department Manager for an electronics manufacturer, Corporate Security and Service Manager, Project Manager positions performing both government and private contracts. Michael holds a masters degree in system management from USC and a BS from Syracuse University.


Najemnik, Don Manager, Finance and Accounting
Over 20 years of experience supporting Executive Management by providing accurate and timely financial information. Much of this experience involved US government cost reimbursable contracts. He is the company’s primary point of contact with agencies such as DCAA for all financial matters. He oversees the accounting at each of the contract locations as well as the corporate headquarters.


Olinek, Richard Project Manager
Over 30 years of professional leadership in O&M program development and management, inudstrial safety, quality control program formulation, implementation and direction, and installation-wide environmental program management. He is an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, and American Society for Quality.


Phenicie, Debbie Corporate Office Manager
Twenty five years of administrative support to a technical service organization, Background in new business development, accounting, payroll, and office management. High School education with specialized college and company education.


Rogers, Robert Project Manager
Robert is the Project Manager on our EPA site in Durham, NC and brings with him over 25 years of experience in support of project manager and engineering activities for the United States Air Force. His assignments have included Environmental Program Manager and Supervisor of Facility Maintenance / Management for Robins Air Force Base, Director of Operations and Maintenance for Yokota Air Force Base and Plant Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor for Valspar Corporation. Robert holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has proven abilities in budget management, facilities O&M, construction contracts management, physical plant management, staff development and customer service.
