RESTORATION, REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Call Henry, Inc. is offering a wide range of restoration, repair and construction services to both government, commercial and private customers. The services include:

    Construction Services included all trade/skills required for the refurbishment and/or rearrangement of existing facilities, equipment, utility systems and housing structures.

    In support of these services we employ a wide range of employees and skills:

  • We are applying these capabilities in support of our customers' restoration, repair and construction operations.

    Experience:

    Call Henry, Inc. experience associated with this type work is from performing similar services on each of the contracts we have accomplished and/or are currently performing throughout the US and in foreign countries over the past 40 years. As an example, we are currently performing:

  • Over 202,000 maintenance and repair actions each year in support of all type of facilities and equipment i.e. shops, offices, laboratories, test complexes, launch sites, warehousing and support structures and housing. These services amount to over $35M per year.
  • We perform 13-15 million dollars per year in construction/refurbishments of facilities services ranging from complete rehab of a building air conditioning and ventilation system to installing a complete building security/alarm system, to rearranging laboratory complexes, to repairing building exterior structure, roofing repair, painting of whole facilities, to upgrading high voltage electrical systems, to patching roadways and parking lots, to overhauling elevators/cranes, to performing environmental remediation services, to refurbishing housings and numerous other types of projects in support of our customers.
  • CHI performs between $17.0M and $21.0M of construction management services involving design, environmental impact assessments, conducting bidders tours, responding to requests for information, technical evaluation of offeror’s proposals, contract monitoring, quality, safety and environmental surveillance through the construction phase, deliverable and final project acceptance, and facility commissioning.
  • This work is supported by a company-developed computer system designed to help us more efficiently plan, schedule, implement and track the work we perform.

    All you have to do is call, e-mail or fax your request. We will provide you our estimated cost and proposed schedule. When approved, we will take the necessary actions to complete the work. After the work is completed and you are satisfied, we will then bill your credit card for the amount agreed to.

    For non-credit card type services (larger projects) CHI will upon your request provide you an estimated cost of the work you have requested with the specification and work statement to perform the work.

    Upon your approval of the cost, specification and work statement, CHI will prepare a contract with all applicable terms and conditions governing the work, including a progress payment schedule. Upon your approval of the contract, CHI will develop a schedule of contract performance. You will be kept advised of the schedule progress. If any delays occur you will be the first notified with our best estimate of revised schedule completion of the work.

    Each contract will be managed by one individual CHI manager with over-all responsibility to see we meet our commitment and only one person you deal with.
