CURRENT CHI TEST OPERATIONS CONTRACT EXPERIENCE

More recently, Call Henry and its joint-venture partner were awarded a 10 year contract to operate and maintain NASA’s Plum Brook Station, the site of the nation’s largest and most advanced aerospace systems testing capabilities facility, located in Sandusky, Ohio.

Plum Brook Station is the home of four "world-class" aerospace testing facilities:

• Space Power Facility (SPF)
• Spacecraft Propulsion Research Facility (B-2)
• Cryogenic Propellant Tank Facility (K-Site)
• Hypersonic Tunnel Facility (HTF)

The capabilities of each of these facilities are described in the PDF file (1.4 MB), as well as the breadth and depth of Call Henry’s expertise required to perform this Contract mission which includes: test program management; test engineering and planning; test operations engineering; test instrumentation engineering; test control engineering; facility engineering and maintenance; safety and quality engineering; as well as a broad range of technician and mechanic institutional support services required by this 6,000 acre site.
